Hello-
I've seen numerous posts about this subject but can't seem to find one
that definitely fixed the problem.
I just reinstalled my OS (10.3.7) after backing up my Office X
Identities folder from Entourage X on to an external drive. I
reinstalled Entourage from CD and copied my old identity folder into
the new Office X Identities folder. When I run the program, I get the
error above. I've tried installing the 10.1.6 update for Office
(though I'm pretty sure I never did that originally) and repeated all
the above. Same problem. I've created a new identity to confirm I''m
in the proper Users folder, I've created a new identity with the same
name as my old identity and replaced it with my old identity folder and
I've tried rebuilding the database on launch with my old folder in
place. Same results.
Has anyone discovered a fix? Thanks.
