IF / AND formula

I am creating a small spreadsheet with the following.

I need a formla to roundup to the next whole number.

for example;
If A1 <=10, 1
If A1 >10 and <21, 2
If A1 >20 and <31, 3, etc up to 10.

I think I will run out of "IF" statements after 7.

Any help will be appreciated, Thank You

Try this instead of IF statements...

=1+INT((A1-1)/10)
