Be aware that uninstalling and reinstalling Word doesn't fix most problems,
because it doesn't replace the normal.dot template or the registry entries
that are probably causing the problem. See

If you're still determined to reinstall, then before you uninstall Word,
download a copy of Belarc Advisor from
http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html and run it. That should show you
the key used to install Office.
If that doesn't work, see

information about getting a new key -- *if* you bought Word or Office as a
retail package. If it came as part of a software bundle when you bought the
computer, you'll have to ask the computer vendor to help instead.
