IF, MATCH Functions problem

I have 2 separate sheets with different arrangements of the same set o
names in column A on both sheets.

Sheet ONE is the reference sheet
Column B on sheet ONE lists our empirical data.

On Sheet TWO, column C returns either "1" or "0" depending on the tes
we're performing.

I'd like to search out all of the "1"s on sheet TWO and match the nam
in column A of that sheet to find the empirical data on sheet ONE i
column B that matches the same name.

Does that make any sense? Any thoughts, anyone?

on TWO

D1: =IF(C1=1,VLOOKUP(A1,ONE!A:B,2,FALSE),"")
