IF statement...And condition

Using the IF statement, how do I use more than one criteria to be met? Can I
use an AND in it? that is, =IF(condition 1 AND condition 2,XXX,YYY).

Use the And function as part of the conditional clause

=IF(AND(A1=2,B2=3),XXX,YYY)
