Ignore vCard .vcf attachments for Attachment paper clip column?

I want the paper clip Attachment flag field to ignore .vcf vCard attachments
and only display attachments of any significance (i.e. Attachment flag
reflects only attachments matching filter constraints ).

Since many people attach vCard files to all of their emails (.vcf attachment
is in the automatic signature), I can't tell whether there is any non-vCard
attachment of any significance from those users (since all of that users
emails contain vCards).

Is there any way around this issue?

Attachments are attachments. You can't configure Outlook to pick and choose
for which of them it will display an icon.
