IInstallation Source Has Been Corrupted" msg

I'm trying to install Office Student and Teacher Edit.
2003 and keep getting the message "Installation Source
Has Been Corrupted". I've tried Repairing, removing and
re-installing Internet Explorer as recommended in some
help articles, but no luck. Help!
