IM looses contact information

IM keeps loosing one of my contacts.

Using version 5.1. All of my other contacts are fine except one of them. i
can add the contact but when I close IM, the contact is lost. I have added
the contact using the Add contacts in IM and added it when I get sent a
mesage from that person.

What is really weird is she has the same problem with my acount name but all
of her other names are OK. There just seeems to be an issue between the two
of us.

Any ideas are appreciated.

Not an Office related problem - post in a group for your IM brand and
version.
