I'm not getting all of my mail

Help! I'm not receiving all of my hotmail. Entourage is dumping some of
my mail into junk mail or not sending it there at all. I'm having all
of these problems:

1) It is dumping some of my mail into junk mail, even if the sender is
in my address book and I have received other e-mail messages from them;


2) The only way for me to receive junk mail is my clicking on the
folder and then hitting "send and receive" (that is, it is not sending
junk mail automatically to my junk mail folder, I have to ask for it);

3) Messages that are delivered as junk mail to my hotmail account are
not showing up in my junk mail folder in Entourage.

Is hotmail part of the problem, I wonder? Also, I have long ago set my
junk mail protection settings in Entourage to "none."

How can I be sure that I am receiving all of my messages? Suggestions?
I posted this a while ago and got no repsonse.

I have Entourage 11.1.0 on a G4 PowerBook with Mac OS X 10.3.9.
