I'm not receiving emails but my husband is

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: pop

I have not received any new email in the last 3 days, yet my husband's account IS receiving new email. We are both on Entourage and both have the same settings as far as the POP and keychain go. Any help is appreciated.

Is this on the same computer and the same User?

Most likely you have a corrupt message that is blocking your mail. Log in
via your web account and look at your older messages. Most likely it's a
spam message.

What is my web account and where do I find it? I tried mail2web.com and it just freezes. Also, I did get a new email from Yahoo because I have AT&T, and I went ahead and made the secure changes they said to, but I'm still not getting new email. Yes our accounts are on the same computer and my husband continues to get new email even without doing the Yahoo change yet. I don't think we are the same user--that is, we have 2 different email addresses. Thanks for trying to help--this is so frustrating!

Yes, you are right--I had to update through Yahoo/ATT and it still didn't work so I am dumping Entourage and switching to gmail. Sadly a fail on Entourage. Thanks for the help though. :)

If you're switching to Gmail because of problems with your Yahoo/ATT
account then that's hardly a failure with Entourage.

You can still use Entourage with Gmail if you prefer. I have
instructions here:
