Image compression in MS Word2002

TIFF files are space hogs. Don't use them, but rather use
JPEG with little to no compression. The more you compress
a file the more it begins to show little specular stuff
around detail. It is far better to use a third-party
graphics editing tool before insertion, where you can size
the image and set compression and dpi.
