image file timings - help configuring a self timed sequence of ima

I have a form that on open I wish to show a series of images (4 or 5) in a
specific order about a second apart before offering a choice of functions. I
have tried the 'sleep' and 'requery' ideas but keep getting stuck.

Any ideas?
