Image Toolbar Missing in FrontPage 2003

While creating an image map to link multiple locations, I
noticed that the image toolbar is not under the
View/Toolbars, nor else. Is anybody familiar with this
issue? Please advise.

Gerardo,
I think the one you are looking for is now called pictures. It's
just a change in language because, believe it or not, a lot of people don't
seem to think of the word image and instead think of things as a picture.
