Images missing for certain users

I have a ppt presentation in Office 2003. The images in the
presentation are embedded, not linked. As long as a user is in the
administrator's group, they can see all of the images, but if they are
not, there is a red "X" where the image should be. Clicking on the "X"
allows the user to see the image, but when they click off of that
slide, the image disappears.

Adding a user who cannot see the images to the administrator's group
enables them to see the images.

Any suggestions?
