IMAP blocked by Firewall

Hello,

I can't figure out why my firewall is blocking IMAP for the Macintosh. I
can plug the powerbook into the network at the office and IMAP works fine.
If I try to access it outside the network it doesn't work. If I use a PC at
any of the locations it doesn't work using IMAP it works fine. It seems the
MAC is using some additional port besides the 25 and 143 that the PC is
accessing.

Any guesses? The MAC has a vanilla install of Entourage and no additional
firewalls than whatever comes with OSX.

FYI - I replaced the netscreen with a sonicwall and the issue went away.

There are no additional ports that are needed to work through the NetScreen.
However, if you have turned on some of the additional features (the Screen
Checks) 1st disable the "Block Fragmented Traffic" check. This will
probably take care of the issue.
