IMAP error

I have one user who recieves the following message;
An error Occurred on the IMAP server.
Invalid account or password. Check your account settings.
Error -11003

Calendar and contacts work fine. User can connect to
account with windows machine. I have multiple Entourage
user that all work fine. This one user fails. Any ideas
or things I might be missing.

IMAP4 is configured. Setting are set by default, no
changes made since exchange 2000 install.

I'm experiencing the same problem w/ a user. In this case, I'm trying
to set him up w/ Entourage 10.1.4 which is supposed to allow
connection to Exchange Server 2000 SP2+. I also tried setting him up
via Outlook Express on my PC, and get the same error. Yet, he can use
OWA w/out any trouble.
