IMAP Exchange Error 1025 when moving to public folders - HELP!

I have a problem that has been extremely frustrating. I have Entourage
10.1.4 connecting to Exchange 2000 with the latest SP.

I can connect, pull off my calendar, read and send email as well as
move mail from my inbox to my other folders.

I cannot move mail from my inbox to our companies public mail folders.
Whenever I try this I get an error 1025. We exchange 2000 small biz
server - so there are no other exchange servers on the network.

I can move mail between public folders no problem.

I AM GOING NUTS WITH THIS - my maibox is filling up and I have to user
RDP to connect to a windows XP box to move messages. This makes this
unusable.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why I cannot move messages from my
inbox to public folders? It seems pretty weird.
