IMAP folder layout

My ISP recently switched from mbox to maildir storage. When they did, my
Entourage IMAP folder layout changed. Now all my subscribed folders appear
under the INBOX, rather than at its same level.

Apple Mail users on the same server have been able to solve this problem by
entering the IMAP prefix "INBOX" or "INBOX" as the "folder prefix" in their
preferences. The corresponding option in Entourage seems to be Account
Options | Root Folder. But entering INBOX into this field does not fix the
problem.

Can anyone suggest a fix for this?
