I had two IMAP accounts but wanted to remove one of them, so I went to
Tools > E-mail Account > View or change existing ... I selected the IMAP
account in question and clicked the "Remove" button.
Later I noticed that the folder of that account was still present in the
All Mail Folders, with a plus sign next to it; however, trying to expand
that folder or doing any other operation on it leads to an error.
How can I get rid of this folder that has no account associated with it?
