IMAP HTML viewing on OUTLOOK

I'm not good at this, so if you help me, please be
specific.

I have installed an IMAP account on my outlook. It polls
messages and sends message OK. The problem is I can only
view incomming messages as text. I cannot convert them
to HTML. The HTML format option in the message is greyed
out.

My IMAP account supports HTML and the other POP# account
that I use on outlook can view messages in HTML.

The problem is my IMAP setting. but I cannot figure out
how to fix it. Please help.

Are he messages sent as HTML and if so, do you see the HTML tags in the
message body?
