IMAP question

Hi. I have set up an IMAP account for one of my email addresses into
Entourage. I am having trouble when i delete or move emails from my
inbox into other files. What is happening is the emails are being
moved to the other folders or deleted mail but when I refresh the
emails are being duplicated into my inbox again so I cannot get rid of
any emails in the inbox - they keep coming back. Does anyone know how
to fix that (I am not good with computers so if you do know how can you
explain it very basic - thank you!!). THANKS!

In my experience, Entourage is not too good at keep IMAP folder contents
current.

*Sometimes* you can control-click on the folder and do repair message list,
then refresh message list. But that usually doesn't work.

Emptying the message cache and then refreshing the message list always
works, but it's a pain when a folder contains hundreds or thousands of
messages.
