I have a client trying to use IMAP from Entourage, but they are reporting sluggish performance.
Performance seems fine with Apple Mail on IMAP. (The server is NOT an Exchange server.)
We are wondering if we may have a configuration issue.
So in general, we wonder what settings we should be using. But in particular, we note that there are settings for hidden for each schedule under "click here for account options" under the as well as under Tools/Run Schedule/Edit Schedules/. There are Synchronization Settings for each of the IMAP folders. But there we can find no documentation for exactly what they do, nor can we find documentation telling us the implications of those settings.
There are also some options under "Options" for each account under Tools/Accounts.
Does documentation exist for any of this anywhere?
