I'm an Outlook veteran w/ not much Entourage experience. I have to try to
migrate a user's XP-based Outlook 2003 data to Entourage 2004. He's got
about 4 very large PST's on the PC (I'm guessing each is 3GB). I'm thinking
of using Outlook2Mac (I've heard it's pretty good).
I gather that Entourage does not have the concept of having multiple
collections of personal folders (local storage) like Outlook does, correct?
If so, do I have to collapse the 4 PST's into one Entourage database?
If so, and I'm talking >10GB of data total, will that cause problems being
in one DB? Exceed maximum? Kill performance?
And how can I be certain that this data stays only on the local hard-drive
and is not synched w/ the server mailbox?
TIA,
Rich
