Import Address (multiple) Eudora to Entourage

I am trying to convert from Eudora to Entourage (both on a mac). When I
import the address - the names with multiple email addresses (in Eudora)
show up as groups (in Entourage) and then are not listed to the proper
groups to which they belong - Is there a fix or do I am to manually check
and repair them all

Also is there a way to convert a group to a contact
