import adr book from OE

Trying to import the address book info from outlook express into outlook
(97).

I exported from OE to csv, and then imported into outlook. Help said to put
it into the contacts folder, but I really wanted it to go into the personal
address book.

Now, when I go to send an email, and click on the address book icon next to
the "TO" line, it comes up blank! And the only option in the dropdown is
the personal address book.

How to get into the PAB?

ps. May or may not matter, but when setting up outlook, I told it to put
the PAB and the PST onto a network drive.
