Here is a thread at versiontracker that includes some other options.

Outlook to Entourage
The easiest way to export information from Outlook and Import to
Entourage is to first import the information to Outlook Express - this
makes things easier when you are mapping fields for your Address Book
in Entourage.
MAIL
1. Open Outlook Express and click on file, import, and then messages
2. Select "from Outlook" and click next. - This will import all email
into Outlook
Express
3. Create a folder on your Windows desktop for every folder in
Outlook Express that contains email (one for inbox, one for sent
items, and one for all the other folder which contain mail)
4. Click on the first folder in Outlook Express (ex. inbox) and then
click on the first email in the folder
5. Click on edit on the tool menu then select all - this will
highlight all of your messages in the folder (The select all feature
will only be effective on groups of messages that are less than 100.
If you have more than 100 messages in a folder, divide into smaller
groups. To divide into smaller groups, click on 1 email, scroll down
100 messages, hold down the shift key and click on the 100th message)
6. Click on one of the highlighted messages in the folder and drag it
to the corresponding folder on your desktop which you created.
7. Do the same for all of the other folders.
8. Copy all of the folders onto a cd, external hard drive or
whichever method you will be using to transfer the data from the
Windows machine to the Mac machine.
Then copy the folders to the desktop of your Mac
9. Create a folder in Entourage for all of the folders you now have
on your desktop (you won't have to do this for inbox and other folders
that are already in
Entourage)
10. Open the first folder on your desktop
11. Click on the first message in the folder
12. Hold in the Apple key and hit the letter "a" - this will
highlight all the messages in the folder. (100 messages or less)
13. Click and drag one of the highlighted emails in the folder on
your desktop and drag it to the corresponding folder in Entourage.
14. Do the same for all the other folders.

of your Mac, and click on "import" - This will bring up a mapping
window
24. If there are fields in the Unmapped Column (right), click on them
one at a time and drag them to a matching field in the Mapped column
(left) (ex. Business
Street in Unmapped Column would be drug to Work Street in Mapped
Column)
25. If there isn't a matching field in the Mapped Column, drag to one
of the
Custom fields in the Mapped Column
