Import and Export files

I currently have Outlook 2002.

I brought a new computer and installed the new edition
of MS office and use outlook.

I exporting a file from the new version, and want to import
to my current work outlook 2002.

Is there any way to do this, and Outlook 2002 will not
reconize the newer version.

Any Ideas or help,
