There are several options, but the easiest is drag and drop.

Thank you for your time in suggesting how to import Address Book to
Entourage. However, you said drag and drop. I selected an address and
then tried to drag it over to entourage but nothing happened. Any
other suggestion?

You have to have the Entourage Address Book open and drop the contacts into
the list view pane.
