Import Calendar Macro?

Using Outlook XP and 2003 stand alone in a group of about 5 users. I have
a Manager that insists on importing a critical dates calendar we have
created into his personal calendar instead of keeping a separate calendar
and updating through an occasional import. Is there a Macro that can be
written that will perform this procedure? I can see him not hitting the
right buttons on an import/export and overwriting his entire calendar, so I
can avoid further headache by taking control of the import with a Macro.
