Dumb question. Googled it... pretty straightforward once one knows
where to look.
Caveat for others going here: when I exported the Comcast address book
into .CSV, the file was unacceptable to Outlook.
I had to open it in Excel and then do a SaveAs .CSV. Something about
line feeds, I suspect.
