Import contact to Business account

Hi:

Despite the business manager seems to be good, I have never used it.

My problem is to set up the account and business contact seems too
complicated and is redundant since we have already built up contact list.

Is there a way that we can export contact to business account as business
contact?

Really don't want to spent unnecessary time to re-key in all the same
information.
