Import Contacts from Access using query

I am trying to import contacts from an Access DB that has multiple tables
with the information I need for each contact. When I go through the import
process it only shows the tables. I select more then on but I only can map
the fields from on table. Is it possible to create a query to get all the
info I need to import or how do I import the data from more then one table
and associate it with each individual?
