Import contacts from Apple Address Book 3.1.1 (v301)

Hi,

How can I import all contacts from Apple Address Book 3.1.1 (v301) to
Entourage 2004?

I've tried the import/export commands in both programs.

I just had the address book open and Entourage and
highlighted those I wanted to import in address book and
dragged them to Entourage. Worked like a treat.

I actually did this one group at a time and set up a view
in Entourage for uncategorised contacts. then as i bought
them across I allocated a category the same as the group in
Address book. I could of course used Entoruage groups.
