import contacts from excel

Hello,

I try to import contacts on Outlook 2002 SP3 from an excel file
(created by a contact export from outlook 2000).

dsespite having the "save as" settings "first last" the imported
entries are shown as "last, first" in the contact list. what am I
doing wrong+ how can I change that?
