Can you connect your mac to the PC network? If so, just create an exchange
account in Entourage and the contacts will sync across automagically.

Yes with 2 XP pc, 1 XP Pro and 1 XP Media, connected with a router to access
internet, but I don't have any server.

Install Mozilla, which can then import your contacts from Outlook. Then
export to an LDIF file, which can be imported into Apple Address Book.
You should be good to go from there
