Import contacts from Office XP to Office XP on Vista computer

I have the *WAB file saved from my old XP computer. I have MS Office
installed on my new Vista computer. Where do I copy the *WAB file TO on Vista
to import/copy over all my contacts?

You don't. Outlook does not use a WAB file and never has. The WAB file was
used by Outlook Express, not Outlook.
Did you save your Outlook data file? That's where your Contacts were.
