Import Eudora mail/contacts

I've used the Outlook 98 > File/Import and Export/Import Internet Mail and
Addresses/Eudora Pro and Light to import my messages and addresses from
Eudora.

It appears that all of my incoming mail imported fine, but all my outgoing
mail is full of tags(?) or garbage and the dates are all dropped off.

Any ideas?
