Import existing web site into publsiher? View source in publisher?

OK, I didn't build my web site in Publisher. Is there anyway to bring it in
and have it look sort of like it did before? I tried just opening the .htm
file of the main page, but got wierd results - as in my page appeared far
down on the page with a header bar and lots of white space before it.

There is a reference in one of the knowledge base answers to a problem with
"web site import wizard." but I can't find that wizard.

Also, I don't see 'source' under the View menu - is there any way to toggle
between WYSIWYG and editable source?

All help appreciated.

Please note that the Publisher forum has sub forums specific to
functionality. As such this thread should be in the web design forum.

Publisher is not a 'web design tool' and is not a 'html editor', something I
cover on page http://www.publishermvps.com/WebDesign/tabid/29/Default.aspx

There is no html source code in Publisher because it simply does not exist.

Publisher's ability to open an html file is there for a Publisher specific
reason, as such your opening a non Publisher made html file, is using
Publisher in a manner for which it is not intended.

Your best bet is Microsoft FrontPage.
