When I've exported my Outlook calendar to a Personal
Folder file, and go to import the file to my other
computer in order to update the Outlook calendar there,
I'm presented with 3 options: (1) Replace duplicates with
items imported; (2) Allow duplicates to be repeated; (3)
Do not import duplicates. I don't understand why Outlook
replicates the appointments anyway when clicking options
1 and 3, resulting in duplicate appointments in the
updated calendar. Thanks to whoever can help me
understand Microsoft English.
