Import / export contacts from / to outlook

Hello,

when exchanging contact data beween Outlook 2003
and Excel 2003 via import / export, despite mapping
only some of the fields are transferred.

How can I make ensure that the whole lot gets into
the other program ?

A good place to start would be to explain what data is not being transferred. Also check the extent of your named range in the worksheet.
