Import/Export link not displayed in FILE

I see users having problems with the Import and Export feature grayed out.
However, My issue is that the Import and Export is not even displayed as an
option on one of the computers in out office. All the rest of our computers
do have it an an option. Is there a security setting prohibiting it? Any
other suggestions are much appreciated?

Not sue what this has to do with Contacts. These menu items will be missing
if:
1. You have a corrupt menu or
2. You did not install Imported and Exporters
