import export option missing in Mircrosft outlook 2003

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003. I am trying to import and export my
contacts, the only problem is that I do not have the import or export option
under my file drop down. How do I get this option to appear in the menu?

Make sure you are looking in your main Contacts window, not the address
book. If it is not there, install the feature from the Office CD.
