Import External Data -- Fill down formulas Issue

Hi Y'all,

(Excel 2003 sp2)
I am having issues with importing external data. I have successfully
created a web query that refreshed correctly. But I have formula in
the two adjacent rows to the left. I have selected the "Fill down
formula in the columns adjacent to data" option in the "External Data
Range Properties" -- but it does not seem to work.

Any idea how to fix this behavior?
