import from netscape communicator to outlook (or OE6)

Can anyone provide assistance with how to import emails in
Netscape Communicator (using Netscape v7.1) into Microsoft
Outlook 2000 (or Outlook Express 6)?

Running Windows 2000 with most recent updates installed.

Plenty of memory and hard-drive space.

OE6 won't let me currently import the emails nor will it
recognize the .dbx files if I paste them into the
directory: C:\Documents and Settings\...\Local
Settings\Application Data\Identities\{....}
** May be corrupted .dbx files? If so, how do I rectify? **


I also have a backup .pst file that I want to restore into
Outlook 2000 (under a different identity/username). I have
also tried using the above methods for this but to without
success.


Any suggestions you may have for either (both) would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks!
