Import from Outlook 2002 for Windows

Hi,

i'm using a windows PC with Outlook 2002 for Windows. I
would ´like to switch to an Apple Computer with Entourage
2004.

Outlook 2002 for windows saves all my mails and contacts
are in a *.pst file. How can I import this file to
Entourage on an Apple Computer?
