Import iCal to Entourage

I've got an iCal calendar in ics format. I need to import it into Entourage.
I've done a bunch of web searches but haven't found an adequate solution.
Does anyone know of a tool that will help with this?

Change the icon from iCal to Entourage by doing a Get Info (cmd-I) on the
..ics file and choose Opens With Entourage. Then double-click it.
