Import mail from a Windows pc

Hi everyone

I am new to Mac's and it is very different to Microsoft Windows.

I need to import mail from a Pc running Nt4.00 to use on an eMac running V10
for use in Entourage. I have both Outlook 2000 and Outlook Express on the
Windows pc. I can get the mail on the eMac but don't know how to import it
into Entourage. I have installed Outlook Expresson the Mac thinking that I
would be able to do it in that way but to no avail.

Can anyone please help or give advice.
