Import Master Category List

Is it possible to import a master category list? I'm using Ooutlook
2002, no Exchange.

Just the other day I came across this gem: TransferCategories.xls (*) by
Klemens Schmid <http://www.klemid.de/tools.aspx>.

IMHO, it's the definitive tool for managing Master Category Lists (MCL).
It even deals with importing/exporting MCLs between Outlook 10/11 which
use Unicode and Oulook 9 which does not.

(*) It has one small fault in its VBA code:
Dim objWSHShell As Object
is missing in 4 Subs.

I was aware of that program, but did not mention it because it requires
payment of 25£. And I'm pretty sure it does exactly what Klemens
Schmid's VBA code does. I now realise that KS's approach requires
Microsoft Excel, which may be considered a different kind of drawback.
