Make sure Palm desktop is up to date (4.1), make sure Office is up to
date (10.1.5) make sure the system is up to date ( 10..5 or 10.2.8),
install the Entourage conduit for Office 10.1.4 and check the settings
in the HotSync manager. You can decide whether you want the Palm data to
override the Entourage address book or the other way around, or simply
synchronize and merge the two.
