Import PST files form Outlook

I have a mac with the latest MS suite, 2004. I do not know how to import my
PST files from my PC. This is, I have exported my Contacts, Notes, etc. to
PST files and wanted to import them in Entourage 2004. I undertand that
there are different formats between Outlook and Entourage, but did not
expect this problem!

Can anyone help on this?
